How? I Apply the Fragrance

two to three sprays

Ao opens with gentle notes bobbing up and down like buoys floating in the ocean. Appearing, disappearing, reappearing. Soap? Florals like iris? Aromatic juniper. Aquatic touches. Until my mind settles on coconut, somehow both the dry husks, a green coconut, and creamy coconut at the same time. The drydown reveals the resinous sweet spicy plai ginger notes.

The turquoise juice color is a perfect match for the Southeast Asian ocean image this brings to mind. It is tropical but not in an obvious way. Coconut lovers should try this for an easy-wearing summer scent. I personally don't care for coconut, but I think it could make a nice vacation scent.

  1. is it possible to make an aquatic that doesn't smell 99% synthetic? I hate most aquatics , adg profumo is nice but boring , squid is unique

and creative but isn't worth it's price tag in my opinion , jsp dinudist is a nice floral aquatic but too feminine for me. not my genre

    1. I think squid is a step in the right direction. Honestly I think perfumers need to play with heavy ambergris dosages and citruses instead of the synthetic route. I would pay for a fresh centered around ambergris. If someone could figure out a stunning ambergris base with a Acqua Di Parma Colonia Essenza that would be a dream realized for me.
