Spontaneous Date, or “I Forgot to Plan”
No plans, purely spontaneous, find-a-neighborhood-and-make-the-charm-work-for-you kind of vibe. Yes, I fully admit to doing this a lot. It’s so fun that it’s actually what I love to do in any city I visit. Try it out. We meet more locals, we’re both always looking for the next thing, and almost all towns have stuff going on all the time. I crave original things. This is a big way I find them.
Him & Her:
Iris one way – carrot seed the next
Cover up with fig leaf – a cedar plank (sorry, not too sorry)
I say mandarin – you say orange
Bergamot spritz – with a violet sprig
Hello orris butter – How you doin’ rose de mai
Your vanilla – all over my vetiver
Alright heads out of wherever you had them; those are the notes. See how they work out for a date.
This works because it really adapts to anyone in any situation. It’s got that familiar iris top backed by a luscious fruit kind of musk that I find in a lot of Dusitas. This is soft and tangy, which makes it a perfect iris for me and my Bae.
THE PICKUP LINE????????????: Do these actually work?
“Are you a parking ticket? Because you’ve got FINE written all over you.” ______________________________________
