A Divine Lemon note ††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††
I have found this to be my Areej Le Dore to enjoy in the summer, yes even in the nineties. One of the freshest lemon notes out there. What is Indonesian lemon. I don’t really know, but trust him this scent from heaven is just that. A lemon like you’ve never smelled before. It lasts well into the middle of the wearing and literally encompasses everything around it. It puts a fragrant halo on the ylang ylang, the gardenia, the campaka, and yes even the jasmine it charms. The dance with the patchouli is something to be smelled they pair so well. Not sure what patchouli was chosen but the dance is worth the price of admission.
Everything sits on a musk you won’t be able to run from, but it is decadent in my opinion with lofts of medicinal santal breathing in your sillage and a light handed oud that adds the right amount of complexity to the composition.
This is the stuff that gets me up in the morning and excited to do what I do. The only ALD I have tried in high heat it was so successful I might not even do try another.
Shhhhhhhhh. Why do I write this stuff I am here to share there is just a little left and yes the old me would want it never to sale so that I would have a relief of being able to get more when out, but the whole journey is about sharing like a few did with me only a year ago with this house. The new me wants to share this passion with all and at least I told you before it was gone.
