Easily fitting in my patchouli series in fact I need to add it to the playlist. The really interesting part of the this perfume is how the lavender plays against the patchouli's against the wearing in the top, heart, and base. Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfumes Notes Opens with a bright fresh garden Lavender aided by some citrus in the form of Bergamot. The base quickly shows up and plays with the Lavender. Rose comes in with Patchouli and the patchouli note is much stronger in the heart dirtying the rose note with a soapy undertone. Cinnamon is trying to help here, but it smells like synthetic cinnamon and just plays into the sharpness of patchouli. This is a dirtier fragrance definitely call this a dirty Lavender that stays in the drydown which is fine by me. A very good Lavender based fragrance perfect for late spring. The woods are soft and airy Amber doesn’t do a thing for me. Leather is there just to strong of a patchouli note for me to love this drydown. Musk just helps the patchouli turn into a sud like effect on my skin.
