How? I Apply the Fragrance

3 - 5

Another surprise. This is like the tenth time this has happened to me. I am sick of sampling just sick of smelling the same muses regurgitated in slightly different ways maybe with a little more soap, spice, or dare I say patchouli. Then there are houses striving to make there own concoctions of goodness. Just a few simple new strong ingredients and you change the familiar. Chefs across the globe our forced to do this at a high pace level. Guess what perfumers have just as much diversity left to them in ingredients, it’s just a choice to be daring or not. Don’t get me wrong there is a place to be simple and correct and spin it a bit, but if that is your approach you better nail it. Here we have a base that is new and daring and pays dividends to the end wearer. This is one of the sexiest Gourmands I have put my nose on. Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfumes Notes Sweet and Sassy opening. I got a burst of powder from disipation of airosol off of skin I was like oh no I am in for it the next few hours. Then went into waft away and this paid great dividends. Sweet & Sassy. A very fruity drink up front and a dark back. Bergamont was soft and mandarin smelled like the rine it was very nice. Ahhh. Hello my dark friend the note seem to be the licorice wood. It gave it the effect of a varietal of birch tar not as dark and staining. But dark and yeah licorice. Not quiete as fruity as just licorice but a little like the wood was blackened. I get it read the notes and it’s no wonder I would love it, but it is also very sweet with my favorite notes. Leather spice and all things nice.
