How? I Apply the Fragrance

Three to Five Sprays

Fragrance Quick Story Comes off bright mysterious sticking to a resin of some sort. This is a labdanum bomb. Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfumes Notes Ahhhhh the resin is called spanish labdanum, it does smell different from most of the labdanum I have smelled thus far. Darker spicier a little richer. I am getting quite a leather feel not listed at all, but coming across. I guess it’s cork but there is a soft leather quality to it. Labdanum really comes out strong in the heart olibanum is there but this could be called a labdanum bomb. I love the note for those that don’t you have been warned. Only slightly sweet with the vanilla. Cork burns off Overall I find natural fragrances like this that are very strong in one particular ingredient are perfect for layering. I get the argument that we shouldn’t have to layer, but with naturals we do have to bend and this is a unique labdanum you aren't going to find anywhere else. If you do take the plunge and go natural only on everything I think layering has to be part of the game if you want changes. I have had great success with it.

  1. Only thing I’ve smelled by them is Las Flores. Personally underwhelming but would be a beauty on someone else. A heads up, an eBay wholesaler has Iris Nazarena by Aedes de Venustas 10ml travel sprays for $7.99 with free shipping. I’ve heard you mention papa Luca in a few vids and he gave it 5 stars.

    1. I bought 5 of those bad boys when I found that deal, those should be here in a few days. Las Flores felt like a Diptyque. I like half of what Diptyque makes the other half just isn’t for me. It does have a good amber base that’s like a less sweet LDDM, it’s just gone too fast. A person who likes Diptyque (natural/realistic perfume with a little soap bubble around it) and has skin that holds scent better than mine would probably really like Las Flores. Gonna check out the Mem review. It’s one I’ve wanted to sample for awhile but I’m officially on a buying hiatus. Hopefully it stays in production at least til next year
