Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfumes Notes All spice dominates a deep cider aroma right off of the skin. A baker's cinnamon, just like the cinnamon sticks you put in your cooking is very present. Feels a bit unblended. Could be an ultimate potpourri scent for some, but missing a resin backbone. Oakmoss helps, but needs more to take on the sassy allspice it just stands out to much. Yes there is a lavender finish, but this feels like basic essential oils put together at home. She put herself at $3 an ml and to me this is not a perfume but a homemaker putting together essential oils. This is the gap I am talking about. To learn the next level is expensive time consuming and risky. You have to learn about strong bases that give the gravitas to perfumes. You have to know not use what real musk is there is a reason this has been used since the beginning and synthetic companies covet trying to mimic it’s effect. Real ambergris is a lesson, yes oud, Yes sandalwood not from the us eo companies. Same with florals. I am trying to push perfumery not take down brands, but this has to be out there to bring up the level in naturals. I paid for these and grateful for samples, but bases need to be added. This literally reminds me of potpourri sacks at a christmas bazaar.
