Fragrance Quick Story

First thoughts were unveiled to you all without me seeing anything but the product page, which has no clear list of notes.

This left me speechless, and it still does when I first apply.  Everytime it makes me Selah.  Really take notice about life and what’s important.  It’s not money; it’s the stuff you take with you after this short-lived life.  That, my friends, is the life well lived.

Eo1 + Eo2 + other special materials from the EO arsenal.

This is your ancestors’ perfume.  When you read in the Bible that Mary poured a year’s salary worth of perfume over Jesus, this is the stuff I imagine was poured.  Just the best ingredients from the earth.

There are no apologies here; you are applying the fur coat on yourself here.  The Beast with essences of the treasures of Earth. Treasures few ever get to smell individually, let alone put together expertly in one perfume.  The first thirty years of my life, I never knew essences like this existed on this planet. This literally is like taking the red pill and awakening to the real world.  Please take no offense if you are one of these people, and if you are, you at least need to get this in your nose vocabulary. But I hear a lot of perfume consultants behind the counter talk about ingredients as if they’re real.  I don’t know why my nose is so sensitized to synthetics, but they scream at me. I have only seen this effect in pregnant women and super sensitive people who get headaches from smells. I can smell the notes, but I can tell they’re fake.  The consultants describe them as if they’re real. They took the blue pill and are living inside the Matrix. It blows my mind how perfect the anaolgy is here. Fans of these powerful ingredients get exactly what I’m saying. As IFRA keeps picking them off one by one, it gets sadder and sadder.  The latest shot is at jasmine, which is used in more than 80 percent of perfumes. I can easily tell you which ones IFRA would do next. They do it “for your health” and definitely not for the millions of patents on synthetics.

Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfume’s Notes

The musk form a musk.  The opening makes me speechless every time.  I get citrus on the very top of the perfume. A bright pepper citrus that screams the color red.  A beating heart starts to pulsate olfactory aromas you could only dream of. If you can stay with this, with that lovely musk, you are rewarded the whole way to grandmother’s house.  This is the adventure; through the woods to grandmother’s house we go.

I said EO1 is my bar for leather.  Well, meet the new bar. This is like a breathable leather.  The leather sniff in this is so raw and fresh, it’s unbelievable.  If you ever opened fine leather, it fills the room. This is what smelling Tigerlust is like.  Behind the leather are bright spices that are a signature of the house.

For me, this is two perfumes in here in one wearing, with more even added.  In my scent bubble, it smells like EO1, but close to the skin, it smells like EO2.

The base of the perfume creates an entire bed for a bouquet of florals to come forward.  In this dark juice, there are colorful vivid kodachrome florals in the ocean air. Breathe deep, and you will get their indolic vibe.  Sit back and bask, and you will get each of their aromatics singing lullabies to you.

Blackcurrant binds the sweet orris and I swear some rose and jasmine.  Not a trace of powder to my nose but it’s more of a sharp metallic anchored floral smell.

What are facets of notes.

Specific transitions

TOP: Leather with aromatics of Blackcurrant and osmanthus in ocean air.  Top notes of clean oud, air of ambergris, Civet doses of Civet.

HEART: Spices lots of nuanced spices.  I can’t pull them out just like with EO2 Rose, Jasmine, and a plethora of well blended spices.  Saffron feels like saffron and aromatics float around your body.

BASE: The EO2 drydown—this is just a surreal deer musk that sits on the skin for quite some time.  I am so laughing at people complaining about longevity; are they testing off of watered-down decants?  This thing easily wears for more than twelve hours on my skin, and my skin has a tendency to soak up the sauce.

Overall, this is breathing life, and it is something you enjoy with every smell.  It lives on your skin and brings you into divine air space.
