How? I Apply the Fragrance

3 to 5

I’m in love. This is the sweet that has me. Just the right amount back with some olfactory goodness. This composition works well together. All notes I am very familiar with and have them in spades in my collection. Yet here we are again with a fresh touch from Dusita. I absolutely love the dry comarin taste with just a kiss of pine and sage. The tobacco used was carefully chosen it is not what your used to or the amber is really changing the few accords that almost every fragrance has. I would say that the perfumer spent a lot of time on this composition and you can tell through the wearing of this. These ingredients are staple in every house yet this fragrance popped up and outshines all with just carying for the quality of ingredients that is put in. This is one that made me visit my scoring system to really make sure composition and ingredients had a weight to play because this shows how importand they are. I could easily name off many perfumes that have these notes, but in a sea of sweet and tobacco this one is a beacon. This is the reason you search a house seek out what they have, because in corner, attics, basements you find treasures to be had. In business this is refreshing and needs attention. I’m sure it’s price point has pushed it down, but this is a great fragrance. Maybe it’s the dry down of oud virgin sumatra making this extra special, I will wear again two more times alone with my full attention. But for now this is on a short list to buy.

  1. Glad to see you showcase Dusita… we have similar tastes and I am getting addicted to your reviews lol… cute story with Pissara… I ordered a few perfumes from the official site… to my surprise I received a call from her saying that she was posting the parcel.:. I recognised her voice with YouTube interviews and asked if it was Pissara and yep, it was her! I had a fan girl moment and was gushing… she was amazingly humble and friendly and told me that I can contact her on that WhatsApp anytime… WHAT!!!! She rocks… have all her creations and enjoy them all… waiting for the her new iris perfume to launch in MAY … thanks Brandon again for the great houses and Reviews. Take care!

    1. You are so fortunate, that is a cool story thanks for sharing. The WhatsApp is over the top. You can see her passion and humbleness in her videos for sure. So you have Oud Infini? If you do how do you like the oud? Of course I loved it lol.

    2. Therapeutic Fragrance I ❤️ oud infini…. I find it easier to wear than Bortnikoff‘ oud Maximus… l believe it is Laoasian oud… not sure who the source is but it is authentic at least to my nose. What do you think? I find it hard to segregate distinct phases of the oud from the rest of the ingredients but that is my underdeveloped nose probably. Would love to hear your experiences.

    1. Thank you very much. I've subbed with pleasure. I like your review of Dusita and how much appreciation you have showed to the woman who made these perfumes. I could really feel that you truly love what she did with this line. 🙂 And I like reviewers who show some emotion and true appreciation towards the creators who put a lot of work in their fragrances. 🙂 Good job :)@Therapeutic Fragrance

    1. All about that layering I always talk about. LOL in the video I talked about wearing this with an Oud I currently was wearing and put Issara on top of, it was so good I had to make sure I wore this with nothing else on also. As fragrances dramatically change through the wearing.

    1. Therapeutic Fragrance I had a sample of Splendiris but I thought it was more about violets than anything else. I was able to get this one at a 40% discount so I had to jump on it. 350 is a little rich for my blood

    2. Therapeutic Fragrance it was a local perfumery that stopped selling the line, and it was the last one in stock. Still upset I couldn’t grab Oud Infini and Fluer de Lolita fast enough!
