These are two that I recently wore out of trying on stuff in the Portland area. Royal oud on one arm and this on the other. Expecting to write off both and not give them proper wearings. I quickly made my way back and asked for samples. This is one opening that I don’t regret. It’s a freshy but it’s done exactly like it should enough citrus and soap but nothing can be pulled out as one thing. Like taking a drink of Squirt soda on a super hot day. The only time i like it and I love it. It refreshes it’s just a great twist on citrus. And sometimes you just want to be perfectly refreshed, might not be in a year, might end up being a few times in the summer, or might become the thing for a summer. But you want it there to be refreshed. Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfumes Notes Top: A signature Fresh opening, Tom Ford is a master a creating these kinds of original compositions Heart: Start to transition to more of a soapy fume. This keeps transitioning into mainstream commercialism. Meaning I have smelled this every where all the time. Very tiring. The final dry down was calm this lasted about four hours with the first hour being an absolute highlight. Unfortunately I would bet that perfumers are actually told to do this for anything that is in the mall. Make the test strip and the initial part of the fragrance stunning. More sales, more sales, more sales.
