I am on search for a full bottle of Abel. Great brand out of the Netherlands. Peter is responsible for this find he said natural and I ordered the samples right away. All natural done by a master perfumer. This reminds me of sitting by the pool in Bend Oregon. It’s a little resort in the middle of the desert. I would go kill myself on my bike and recover in the hot tub pool sauna and do 20 minute rotations to go ride the next day. The resort was into natural smells and they had something there that smells like this. I actually love it and it is burnt into my brain. So crisp with a deserty air, not quite menthol, not quite medicinal, but that kind of sniff to the head. Can’t call it a chypre, but if you are not a fan of oakmoss and like the idea of something close grey labdanum is getting there.

    1. This is my fav. I bought White Vetiver because of an incredible deal, but this I am hoping to have this summer. Problem is I spray through them like crazy. If your in the US they randomly go on sale through Tiger Lilly.

    2. @Therapeutic Fragrance thanks. In the UK unfortunately and no cheapies other than the 20% off for buying the sample set. White Vetiver is the one I bought too (plus more sample packs as I like so many of the Fragrances and want to keep trying the rest). I think if I buy another it could well be grey labdanum though pink iris and green cedar are also in the mix…
