How? I Apply the Fragrance

three to seven sprays

Grev is an interpretation of the essential features of a true gentleman. Deep, spicy and earthy scent, it contains notes of copaiba balsam, fir resin, clove, orris root and cedar. Available as 30 ml EDP. Grev was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Josh Lobb. Perfume rating: 3.86 out of 5 with 79 votes. Fragrance Quick Story This is the most refined slumberhouse I have put on my wrist. This must of been hard for Josh. I could see the loud dna he is used to comes a bit easier and speaks volumes to different accords he puts to it. But this is soft unrecognized work that departs from what he is known for. The DNA is there but the volume is turned way down allowing a lot of delicacies to come through. Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfumes Notes Spearmint and clove rock this opening like none other. Is their a stick of gum on my hand? This is the . The copaiba balsam is perfect behind the spearmint sweetening the composition to the gum effect I am getting. Gotta be a couple more spices chosen rather than clove. The spices play so soothing against the mint in the heart of the fragrance. Orris root hasn’t come into its own but I am getting very familiar with the note and can smell what it provides here. It bring a floating air menthol effect over everything. I really want to own this in my slumberhouse collection. At that per ML and ingredients that I know of it’s a hard one to pull the trigger on. I have seen it available a couple times now and am glad it keeps selling out. I could get two fragrances that I am just as happy with this at this per ml.

    1. Hey brother try fumerie they do online shopping not sure what countries. But she just got stocked up on Slumberhouse and they go fast locally, but email her and see if she has sample you can get. Hopefully luckyscent gets stocked again also they will have samples when they do.

    1. That is on my list to get my hands on no matter what it takes. I haven't ran across anyone with it. Jeke is another I missed getting a bottle of this just recently by minutes. I do think Jeke is going to be re-released this fall. But heard nothing about Sova ever being re-released. Do you have a bottle of it?

    2. @Therapeutic Fragrance yup, i saw it. I want Sova (for the longest) for the memories it brings back to me and i would have made the 160 dollars sacrifice, but over 200 is unacceptable for me to pay.

  1. At first I didn’t think I’d even like Grev when I saw the notes list but I gave it a sniff anyway and wound up loving it. Luckily it was in stock when I went back to his site to buy a bottle. It’s definitely a more quiet and restrained scent but it is so cooling and relaxing, it feels meditative somehow. ❤️

    1. So I just got my full bottle and am kinda disappointed on presentation. Do you have any of old Slumberhouse bottles? There is definitely a huge cheapening of bottle presentation. It is all about juice for me, but I don't even want to put this next to the other SH's on my shelf. Anyways venting a bit and seeing what the feel is out there. I thought Bangkhok Hound was to hard on this issue, but having bottle in hand I think he was more than fair with his critique.
